Perez Zeledon, more commonly known as San Isidro by foreigners, is a city lying in the foothills of the Talamanca Mountain range and the mighty Chirripo (tallest peak in Central America). As the area has become more and more popular with foreigners this also opens up windows for corrupt lawyers to take advantage of them.
It has become common knowledge amongst legal professionals throughout Costa Rica that San Isidro has some of the most corrupt courts in the country. Property fraud is common-place there as it has been said that when someone dies there, before they are laid to rest someone is already in the central registry trying to steal their property.
One such group of attorneys and notaries that are in the business of stealing properties from foreigners is GSI (Gringo Services Inc.)
These two crooks are seasoned thieves who have defrauded hundreds of thousands of dollars from foreigners throughout the area where they continue to this day.
There are no photos publicly available for the elusive Jorge Zuniga Elizondo however we were able to find the following photos of the corrupt accountant who works closely with Jorge Zuniga and acts as his translator (Jimmy speaks English whereas Jorge does not).
These two criminals operate within the corrupt legal system of San Isidro with impunity. They are very dangerous and should be avoided at all costs. But they are not operating alone.
Meet Angel Reyes Castillo, originally from San Jose, this corrupt Costa Rica lawyer setup shop in San Isidro after working closely with Jorge Zuniga and Jimmy Umana to defraud foreigners of their homes and properties. In fact Angel Reyes Castillo lives in one of the homes he defrauded of his own client who he robbed to an early grave after having everything stolen from her she was found hanging at their accomplice, Don Dicker, greenhouse.

Ángel Roberto Reyes Castillo could possibly be the most corrupt criminal attorney in Costa Rica. This man has no conscience as on clear display given he lives in the home he defrauded of his now deceased client.
Costa Rica is chalk full of corrupt lawyers and unfortunately Ángel Roberto Reyes Castillo, Jorge Luis Zuniga Elizondo and Jimmy Umana Zuniga are not the only ones operating here.
Jimmy Umana Zuniga is the frontman to the foreigners as he is the only one that speaks English so he lures them in where then they become prey to the other corrupt Costa Rica lawyers Ángel Roberto Reyes Castillo & Jorge Luis Zuniga Elizondo.
